Refund & Returns Policy

McQueeney Gun Club

McQueeney Gun Club is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, and NFA-regulated products, certain restrictions apply to returns, cancellations, and refunds.

By placing an order with McQueeney Gun Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment processing whenever possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, shipment preparation, dealer transfer, compliance verification, or distributor processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

  • payment processing fees
  • distributor cancellation fees
  • restocking fees
  • shipping charges already incurred
  • transfer or administrative fees where applicable

McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after processing has begun.

Returns Eligibility

Because many products are fulfilled through distributor and manufacturer networks, return eligibility may vary by item type, distributor policy, transfer status, and product condition.

McQueeney Gun Club reviews return requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any return, cancellation, exchange, or refund is at the sole discretion of McQueeney Gun Club and may also be subject to applicable distributor or manufacturer policies.

Certain items may not be eligible for return once:

  • shipped
  • transferred
  • special ordered
  • processed through distributor fulfillment systems
  • opened or used

Customers should contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Firearm Sales

All firearm sales are considered final once the firearm has been transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL dealer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting firearms thoroughly at the transferring dealer prior to completing ATF Form 4473 and accepting possession of the firearm.

Once a firearm has been transferred:

  • it is considered used
  • it may not be returned to McQueeney Gun Club
  • manufacturer warranty service may apply for defects or repair issues

If a firearm arrives damaged or incorrect prior to transfer, customers should notify us immediately before taking possession.

NFA / Suppressor Orders

NFA-regulated items, including suppressors and short-barreled firearms, involve federal transfer requirements and ATF processing.

Once Form 3, Form 4, or other transfer paperwork has been submitted or initiated:

  • orders may not be eligible for cancellation
  • transfer fees may become non-refundable
  • administrative fees may apply

If an NFA transfer application is denied by the ATF:

  • refunds may be subject to restocking fees
  • transfer fees already incurred may not be refundable
  • shipping and processing costs may be deducted where applicable

Approval timelines are controlled by the ATF and are outside the control of McQueeney Gun Club.

Ammunition Sales

For safety and compliance reasons, ammunition sales are final and ammunition may not be returned once shipped.

Please verify caliber and compatibility before placing your order.

Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

Unused accessories and non-firearm merchandise may be eligible for return depending on distributor and manufacturer policies.

Returned merchandise must:

  • be unused
  • be in original packaging
  • include all accessories and documentation
  • be in resellable condition

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • restocking fees
  • return shipping costs
  • distributor return fees

Certain products may not qualify for return eligibility.

Defective or Damaged Items

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • contact us promptly after delivery
  • retain all original packaging materials
  • provide photographs if requested

McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to:

  • repair
  • replace
  • exchange
  • coordinate manufacturer warranty service

depending on the specific situation and manufacturer/distributor policies.

Refused Transfers

If a customer refuses a firearm transfer for reasons unrelated to shipping damage or order error:

  • return shipping costs
  • restocking fees
  • distributor fees
  • transfer fees
  • administrative costs

may be deducted from any approved refund.

Fraud Prevention

McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of applicable laws.
