FFL Transfer Information
Thank you for choosing McQueeney Gun Club for your firearm purchase. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
Firearm Transfer Requirements
All firearms purchased through McQueeney Gun Club must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
We cannot ship firearms directly to individuals.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the firearm being purchased is legal in their state and local jurisdiction before placing an order.
How the Transfer Process Works
- Purchase your firearm through our website.
- Select or arrange a local FFL dealer to receive your transfer.
- Have your receiving FFL send a copy of their license to:

- Once we receive the FFL information and payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment.
- Your firearm will be shipped directly to the receiving FFL dealer.
- You will complete all required background checks and paperwork at your selected FFL before taking possession of the firearm.
Choosing an FFL Dealer
Before ordering, we strongly recommend contacting your preferred FFL dealer to confirm:
- They are currently accepting transfers
- Their transfer fees
- Any state or local restrictions that may apply
Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the purchase price paid to McQueeney Gun Club.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain firearms, magazines, and accessories may be restricted in some states or municipalities.
McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their location prior to purchase.
Order Processing
Orders will not ship until:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- A valid FFL has been received and verified
- All compliance requirements have been satisfied
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on distributor availability, compliance verification, and carrier schedules.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer paperwork.
If your order arrives damaged, notify both the receiving dealer and McQueeney Gun Club immediately.
