McQueeney Gun Club

McQueeney Gun Club ships firearms, ammunition, accessories, and NFA-regulated items in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and requirements.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Distributor availability
  • Inventory verification
  • Compliance review
  • FFL documentation
  • ATF processing timelines
  • Carrier delays

Shipping timelines displayed during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Firearm Shipments

All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting a local FFL dealer
  • Confirming the dealer will accept the transfer
  • Ensuring the receiving dealer provides valid FFL documentation when requested

Orders containing firearms will not ship until all required transfer documentation has been received and verified.

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals except where specifically permitted by law.

NFA / Suppressor Shipments

NFA-regulated items, including suppressors and short-barreled firearms, are subject to all applicable ATF regulations and transfer requirements.

Customers acknowledge:

  • ATF approval is required before transfer of applicable NFA items
  • Approval timelines vary significantly and are outside our control
  • Transfer delays may occur during Form 3 or Form 4 processing
  • NFA items may require shipment between licensed dealers before final transfer

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed.

Restricted States & Localities

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific states or municipalities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased items are legal in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to:

  • cancel prohibited orders
  • refuse shipment to restricted areas
  • limit sales based on legal compliance concerns

Ammunition Shipments

Ammunition shipments may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws before purchasing ammunition.

Some ammunition products may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers

McQueeney Gun Club utilizes multiple shipping carriers depending on:

  • product type
  • destination
  • legal requirements
  • package size
  • carrier restrictions

Certain firearm shipments may require expedited shipping services in accordance with carrier policies.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported promptly after delivery.

McQueeney Gun Club is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues occurring after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders submitted for shipment processing may not be eligible for cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Orders canceled after shipment processing may be subject to:

  • restocking fees
  • return shipping charges
  • administrative fees
  • transfer fees where applicable
