1. Compliance With Federal, State, and Local Laws

McQueeney Gun Club sells firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, and National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated items in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order through this website, you certify that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered.
  • You are at least 18 years old to purchase ammunition and long gun related items where permitted by law.
  • You are at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, receivers, or NFA-regulated items where required by law.
  • You are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition under federal or state law.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all laws applicable to their jurisdiction before placing an order.

2. Firearm Transfers

All firearms purchased through McQueeney Gun Club must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting a transferring FFL dealer.
  • Ensuring the dealer is willing to accept the transfer.
  • Providing accurate transfer dealer information when requested.

Orders will not ship until a valid FFL license is received and verified.

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals except where specifically permitted by law.

3. NFA / Title II Firearms

McQueeney Gun Club offers products regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including but not limited to:

  • Suppressors / Silencers
  • Short Barreled Rifles (SBRs)
  • Short Barreled Shotguns (SBSs)
  • Machine Guns where legally transferable
  • Other ATF-regulated devices

All NFA items must be transferred in compliance with ATF regulations and applicable state laws.

Customers acknowledge and understand:

  • ATF approval is required before transfer of applicable NFA items.
  • Processing times vary and are outside the control of McQueeney Gun Club.
  • Approval timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • NFA items may require transfer between licensed dealers prior to customer transfer.
  • Tax stamps, transfer fees, and government processing costs may be non-refundable.

If an NFA transfer is denied by the ATF or canceled by the customer, McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative, restocking, or transfer fees where permitted by law.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

Inventory displayed on the website may change without notice and is not guaranteed until the order has been processed.

Pricing errors, product description inaccuracies, or inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. McQueeney Gun Club reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from inaccuracies
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service where necessary

Customers will be notified if any issue affects their order.

5. Ammunition Restrictions
